The Difference School’s Partnership

Percy Main Primary School, serving a diverse and high-need community in North Shields, has partnered with The Difference School Partnership to strengthen inclusion and wellbeing. Through strategic leadership support, the Inclusive Leadership Course, and the establishment of an Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) for Early Years and Key Stage 1 pupils, the school has embedded Trauma-Informed Practices, enhanced pupil voice, and improved staff expertise. Early results show reductions in dysregulation, stronger pupil belonging, and positive engagement in learning, demonstrating how The Difference’s evidence-based guidance and leadership development transform inclusive education outcomes.
