Inclusive Leadership Course: Improving Attendance
At Invicta Primary, Co-headteacher Jodie Cawte and Exec Headteacher Vicki Cuff used The Difference Inclusive Leadership Course (ILC) to embed a whole-school inclusive culture post-COVID. The ILC helped the leadership team implement bias-informed, asset-based practices, improve relational approaches, and create systems ensuring every student and staff member feels safe and supported. Through practical frameworks, scripted interactions, and collaborative reflection, the school strengthened attendance, engagement, and wellbeing, demonstrating how ILC equips leaders to transform inclusion strategically across all levels of a school.
